VAT. All prices include VAT.
Ownership. All items remain the property of Woodcraft Sales until full payment has been fulfilled.
Damages. Customers must notify Woodcraft Sales of any goods damaged in transit within 3 days of delivery. After 3 days it shall be deemed that the items were in good condition upon delivery.
Cheques. Unfortunately we can no longer take cheques, as banks have no longer guarantee them..
Photos. Due to the nature of photos on the web, items may appear slightly different in reality to how they look on the web site.
Sharp items. If you order sharp items, please take care when opening your parcel, as Woodcraft Sales cannot be held responsible for injury. You must be over 18 years old to buy a bladed tool.
Delivery time. Although we try to get your order to you as quickly as possible, please allow fourteen days for delivery of goods. In the case of an item being out of stock, we will endevour to keep you informed and get it to you as quickly as possible.
Returned goods. If goods need to be returned, please email or phone for details of a return address. If the fault is deemed by us to be one for which Woodcraft Sales is responsible, the cost of return postage and packing shall be refunded upon receipt of the returned goods.
Postage. Postage is calculated on price of goods. £0 - £30 = £2.50p+p; £30.01 - £60.00 = £5.00p+p; £60.01 - £90.00 = £7.00p+p; £90.01+ = £10.00p+p.
